Shipping Methods

innisfree offers the following shipping methods during the online checkout process:

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method is delivered via postal service like USPS. This affordable option is best for customers without a urgent delivery need. Standard orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out via USPS First Class Mail.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer an expedited shipping upgrade. These orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This is a good option if you need your order faster than our standard 5-7 day timeframe.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation requires the recipient or another resident at the delivery address to sign for the package upon delivery. This extra service ensures added security and proof of delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Due to remote locations, delivery timeframes may be longer than our regular timelines. We charge a $3 upcharge for all orders shipping to AK and HI addresses.

Order Processing & Handling

We make every effort to process and ship out orders promptly once the order is placed. Our timeframes are:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Day of order placement, weekends, and holidays do not count toward the above timelines.

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Tracking numbers enable you to follow your packages progress as it travels to your destination.

We are unable to guarantee any specific delivery date or alter transit timelines once an order has left our facility. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only. Shipping timeframes can vary due to carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to verify your shipping address. If we cannot obtain a verified address within 7 days, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. This applies to returned packages due to:

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

Flat rate shipping fees are determined by your selected shipping method during checkout. These rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States only. See section below for Alaska/Hawaii shipping policies.

As noted in the shipping methods section above, standard shipping is $5.95 per order while expedited shipping is $9.95 per order. Signature confirmation can be added to any order for $2.95.

Coupons & Discounts: Percentage-off or dollar amount discounts CAN be applied to shipping fees. Free shipping coupons do NOT apply to signature confirmation fees. Please check specific coupon terms.

Taxes: Sales tax may be applicable on shipping charges for orders delivered to AR, CA, FL, HI, IL, MO, NC, NY, and TX. Innisfree collects and remits sales tax in these states according to applicable laws.

Customs & Duties: For USA domestic packages, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are paid by innisfree. You are only responsible for the stated shipping costs from innisfree.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

For packages delivered to Alaska and Hawaii, a $3 surcharge is added to regular shipping rates at checkout. Delivery timeframes for AK and HI may also be longer than our regular continental US timeframes.

Signature confirmation and insurance can also be added for additional fees. The above shipping timeframes, undeliverable address policies, and processing times also apply.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

innisfree proudly ships to APO and FPO military addresses around the world. Because these are often remote or difficult destinations, shipping timeframes are longer and rates are higher.

APO/FPO Shipping Timeframe: 2-3 weeks on average

Important Note: Custom forms are required for all military shipments. During checkout, please select “Armed Forces America (AA)” as your state to properly generate customs paperwork. Failing to provide accurate customs documentation can result in packages returned by the postal service.

International Shipping

innisfree currently ships products to over 40 countries worldwide. Due to complex customs requirements, international delivery can take 2-4 weeks. Shipping carriers used for international delivery include DHL, FedEx International, and national postal services.

Calculate Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated automatically in checkout after entering your address. Cost varies by location, weight, and size. On average, international orders incur $15-25 in shipping fees.

Customs & Import Fees: Any customs taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer (recipient of the shipment). These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery. innisfree has no control over these international customs/import fees applied by governments.

Lost / Undelivered Packages: For lost or undelivered international orders, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or unrecoverable, innisfree will refund the merchandise value ONLY. Original shipping fees for lost international packages are non-refundable.
